The location proved useful for accessing local amenities. the staff were helpful. Housekeeping was quick. i found the chocolate chip cookies at check-in delicious, a nice touch after traveling.

functional gym good air conditioning helpful staff
the gym included three treadmills. i saw two stationary bikes. my room was a standard king room. the air conditioning worked well. i liked the hotel's proximity to attractions. a bell hop helped with luggage. the front desk offered assistance.
the elevators were quite slow. there was often a wait. it was sometimes difficult to get an elevator quickly.

dusty room poor cleaning
Staff was helpful and friendly, I acknowledge.
I found our room rather dusty, a letdown. I spotted cleaning rags left behind, an oversight. Rubbish lingered for days. Toiletries were not replaced, a problem.

fantastic experience!
prime location spacious lobby convenient restaurant
The location was superb for accessing food and activities. bryant park and herald square were both close, and they offered great shopping and coffee options. the hotel had a spacious lobby, and the rooms were nicely sized for an urban setting. i loved the dine-in restaurant right off the lobby. It made meals super convenient!
The elevators were a bit slow at peak times. This needed a little extra planning to avoid delays.
